OSCAR W. WEST was born December 15, 1941 in Sidney, Montana to the parents of Arthur Thomas and Ester Beatrice.

Oscar was the 4th child of eight children consisting of two sisters - Doris & Clara and five brothers - Ben, Don, Dale Jerry & Glen.

Oscar was married to Marie Ann Holliregel on August 5, 1961.

Oscar and Marie have five children - William Keith, Christopher William, Tracy Marie, Aaron Thomas and Courtney Nicole.

Oscar and Marie have seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Oscar was baptized February 15, 1969, as one of Jehovah's Witnesses with a great love for Jehovah. He enjoyed the ministry work.

Hobbies included hunting, puttering around the homestead, horse play, finding great deals at the auction and most of all, spending time with friends & family.

Oscar's profession from the 1970's until he retired in 2000 was a concrete finisher.

Oscar was known for his generous giving loving nature - always ready to help others, but most of all we shall always remember his jolly, infectious laughter that never failed to bring one great happiness.
